That describe my feeling for this raya, 'terbaek' (right spelling is terbaik means the best)kinda the 'in' word for now days kids including most of my friends who refuse to grow[doesn't exclude me!] up so we remain stuck in the world of young people,hip language and cool dresses.
Raya is all about forgiving, contrary to popular belief but for me 1 word that made 'the essence' of Aidilfitri is gathering. Its always terbaek as we meet back the people that we sometimes don't even talk during schooling days but when we do now its like we have been knowing each other since forever. We start back at where we left out before, we may come from different classes, opposite side of click of friends, or even rivalry way back then but as we growing old the maturity is there even we are childish and immature by nature.
It was so immensely stupid when we look back at the jealousy, arguments or 'fights' if we may call during our pre-teenagehood because eventually all of us will forget it and move on with our own life.Only great things worth to be remember so when we dont have any memory on those negative incidents it must be a worthless one so chin up and lead a happy life!
Its a baggage that we carry as a student that every festive like Hari Raya wont be complete without final exam or other things in Uni but that doesn't stop us from continuing the spirit forward till the very end of the 30 days. Although I wish there are some topics if could be deleted or not being brought up during each rendavous but I guess other people seems ok with so why dont I try to fit in or atleast play along.
What I trying to implied here is that life is too short to be anything but happy, life is too worthy to be worry about what future lies and abandone our current priorities, life is too exciting for us to be friends-less and the bottom line is life is all about to live on your own terms so start live your life now!
