You know right the recent controversy of our sponsored student abroad who married his gay partner, who still in debt with his sponsor and who has not contacted his family for almost 4 years?Yeah that guy, the same guy we are thinking. You should see and listen how my mother bombard this guy every time his stories making headlines in the local news, at first Malaysian feel sorry for his parents but after knowing the real deal people start to feel more sorry for them for have to face the society who got to know about their son's dirty laundry before them. Since the day this news hit the shore I been keeping quiet on the faith and religion issue as who am I to judge him or anyone who living and choosing this kind of lifestyle but deep down inside I've been praying to Allah to protect Muslim all over the world from this sin. Its scary how advance and liberal Muslims now days are.
While everyone from every single walk of life been criticizing him up down and sides I think there's actually 1 good thing came out of it and that is from now on every parents without being discriminative would give permission to their son/daughter and blessed them with their choice regardless whatever race they choose their spouse to be as long as they are not the same sex! Isn't that like the greatest thing ever? See there's always a silver lining behind those dark clouds. I think they should be from now on because this at least will protect one's faith when they are surviving the outside world far away from their comfort home where no one to tell them what is wrong and right, what is prohibited in our religion (as if we don't know but we do need that extra reminder every now and then because as we know manusia mudah lalai) and etc.
Think about it and you'll agree with me.
