5 stages of grief.

When people gone, leave or walk away from our life,
We go through five distinct stages of grief,
First, we going to deny it because the lost is so unthinkable that we can't imagine that it's true,
We become angry with everyone, angry with survivors, angry with ourselves,
Then we bargain, we beg, we plead, we offer everything that we have,
We even offered off our soul for exchange for just one more day,
When the bargaining has failed and the anger is too hard to be maintained,
We falling into depression, despair until finally we have to accept that we have done everything that we can.

We let go. We let go and moved into acceptance.

Grief maybe a thing we all have in common,
But it looks different on everyone,
It isn't just death we have to grief, its life, it's lost, its change,
And when we wonder why it has to suck so much sometimes, it has to hurt so bad,
The thing we got to try to remember is that they bring new hopes,
That's how you stay alive, when it hurts so much you can't breathe,
That's how you survived,
But remember that one day, somehow impossibly you won't feel this way,
It won't hurt this much.

Grief comes in its own time for everyone,
And on its own way, so the best that we can do,
The best that everyone can do is to strive honesty,
The really crappy thing, the worst part about grief is that you can't control it,
The best we can do is try to let ourselves feel it when it comes,
And let it go when we can,
The most terrible part is when the minute you think you passed it,
It starts all over again and always, everytime it takes your breathe away.

There are five stages of grief; they looked differently on all of us,
But they are always five,
Denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

I'm still stuck in the first stage, to let go is beyond my control.

YOU?
